1.1 This website www.babytaxi.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Website” for short) is owned by the operator of this website, who is a taxi owner based in Athens and partners in Thessaloniki, who legally provides his services throughout the Greek territory.
2. Terms on the Booking Policy
2.1 BabyTaxi.gr provides transport services for adults and minors throughout Greece. On the website www.babytaxi.gr you can make reservations, as well as specify the location you wish to go to, the period of your transfer, as well as the mode of transport.
2.2 The booking system provided through the website is provided free of charge to its users. The user-customer will have to pay cash or by card to the driver of the taxi service upon arrival at the destination.
2.3 The customers of BabyTaxi.gr must inform BabyTaxi.gr of any changes and cancellations to their scheduled reservations. The users-customers are obliged to submit the change or cancellation of their planned move as soon as possible, either by telephone or by mail.
2.5 During your booking, all information provided by you is used for the performance of our services. For this reason, you must be careful in entering your correct and accurate details. All bookings will be confirmed via an email message sent from the website in order for the booking to be deemed “accepted”.
2.6 The BabyTaxi.gr website is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of the service provided or the incorrect processing of the booking data by the third party to whom the transfer is entrusted.
3.1 Please use the website in a manner that does not offend the morals and purposes of both the website and the administrator. For example, you may not use an e-mail name that may be considered offensive or inappropriate by the administrator in general. You may not enter content in the “Message” section that contains violence or other content that may be considered inappropriate, offensive or derogatory. You may not use foul or obscene language or use the website in any way other than that for which it was designed. BabyTaxi.gr reserves the right to judge whether the conduct and communication of a user/visitor of the website is inappropriate. BabyTaxi.gr reserves the right to disregard a user’s communication without notice and further explanation and therefore not to respond to it.
3.2. For any question, information, query, clarification related to the Website and/or submission of complaints, users can address to the e-mail address www.babytaxi.gr and babyTAXI.gr will contact you at the e-mail and telephone number you have indicated during the booking.

5.1 The cost of the journey is charged directly to the customer by the taxi service provider after the provision of the relevant service, while the taxi service provider is responsible for issuing a receipt or invoice for the services provided to the customer.
5.2 All our vehicles are insured and meet all specifications in accordance with Greek legislation. All taxi drivers who are assigned to make a transfer through this website are professionals who are legally providing their services as taxi drivers.
5.3 Smoking and alcohol consumption is prohibited during the course.
5.4 In the event of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather conditions, accidents, traffic regulations and force majeure in general), your disembarkation and embarkation may not be possible. In this case, we will inform you immediately of the impossibility of providing our service, either to pick you up or drop you off at the nearest and safest possible point.
6. Transportation of minors, children, disabled persons and animals
6.1 During the booking process you must indicate to us if you are travelling with children, and inform us of the age and weight of the child, so that your taxi will always arrive with the appropriate seat. In any case, children are counted as normal passengers.
6.2. People with disabilities must inform babyTAXI.gr at the time of booking if they are wheelchair users, so that we can serve them properly.
6.3. Pet owners must inform BabyTaxi.gr during their booking for their movement with them. The owners are obliged to bring with them a special pet transport cage for their safety and better service.
7. Driver arrival and pick-up procedure
7.1 The driver will be at your designated pick-up point ten (10) minutes before the agreed time, free of charge, in order to ensure maximum punctuality. The maximum waiting time for the driver at the pick-up point is fifteen (15) minutes, free of charge, at the end of which time the scheduled appointment will be considered cancelled and the driver will have the right to leave the point. Exceptions to this rule are both timely notice to the driver of the delay in pickup and the absence of a next scheduled appointment. When the pick-up point is an international airport, the maximum waiting time is sixty (60) minutes from the arrival time of the scheduled flight with the exceptions mentioned above.
7.2 In the event that the arrival of your flight is more than one (1) hour later than originally scheduled, you will need to inform us as soon as you are notified. In this case we will be able to reschedule your pick-up time, subject to our availability and you agree an estimated waiting time.
7.3 If your delay is due to problems with luggage or other reasons (such as personal accidents, etc.) the maximum waiting time of the driver will be sixty (60) minutes, after which the scheduled appointment will be considered invalid and the driver will have the right to leave the location.
7.4 On your exit from the baggage claim area, and within the airport arrivals area, you will be met by a driver with your name or our BabyTaxi branding and driven to the point where the vehicle is parked. If you experience any problem locating the driver, you will notify us so that we can locate you, without leaving the pick-up point, i.e. the interior of the airport.
8. Cancellation policy
8.1 If you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service day, you will not incur any financial charges.
8.2 If you cancel the scheduled day of the service, you will be charged 50% of the total amount.
8.3 In the event of a no-show you will be charged the full amount of the service.
8.4 In cases of force majeure, such as, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc., we will notify you immediately and by the most appropriate means for the reasons that make the service impossible, while providing you with the best possible information.
8.5 In the event that the cancellation of the scheduled service is due to a mechanical failure of our vehicle, BabyTaxi will take care of your best possible service and inform you immediately.
9. Baggage policy
9.1 BabyTaxi.gr ensures the perfect safety and good use of your luggage. For your convenience, each passenger is allowed to bring with them the total amount of luggage that the capacity of the vehicles allows and that you indicate at the booking stage. In case you wish to carry luggage in excess of what is allowed under this Policy, you must inform BabyTaxi.gr at the time of your booking, in order for us to accommodate you with the use of an additional vehicle to transport it, at your additional expense.
9.2 In case of loss or damage to your luggage through your own fault, BabyTaxi.gr bears no responsibility.
